And I promised to share my miracle story with you, so read on to find out how I created an amazing miracle in my life:

Let’s go back to 2003, when I was living in a tiny one bedroom apartment, working part-time and having serious financial problems. (Does this story sound familiar?)

One day in June I was paying my bills, wondering where the money to pay for everything was going to come from and suddenly, I had a thought.

I wanted to go to France on vacation that summer.

Nothing too fancy, I just wanted to go for two weeks (I wanted to have time to see everything), to a part of France I wasn’t familiar with, eat great food and have fun.

That’s not too much to ask, is it? Except I didn’t have any money, no credit cards, and a part-time job with no vacation time. How was this going to happen?

Well, I wasn’t worried about that part. I just wanted to go to France. So I thought about the trip, how much fun I would have, how much I would enjoy getting away and all of the good food I would get to eat. And then I went on with paying my bills.

Two days later, I received an email from someone I hadn’t heard from in over 18 months. Now this wasn’t just anyone, it was a former client, someone I had done some consulting work for and we had not gotten along very well.

So I was a little bit leery about this. My first thought was “What does he want?”

And I almost didn’t open his email.

But my little inner voice said to open it, so I did.

And in his email he talked about a tour that his travel agency was taking to Normandy (a place in France I wasn’t familiar with) in August,

For two weeks (my desired time frame)

We would stay in four star hotels and eat at some of the region’s best restaurants. And he wanted me to go on the tour as its translator (I speak French).

Wait a minute, this was my entire miracle right here. In one email.

Was I dreaming?

But there was a problem. I was already having financial problems and my part-time job didn’t pay if I wasn’t at work. I could not afford to have no income for two weeks.

And there was another catch... I didn’t have the MONEY to go on this trip.

But he wasn’t finished yet.

He would pay all of the costs of my trip, all meals and transportation and there was a bonus … (this is the most wonderful, miraculous part that I had not even asked for)

He would pay me for going on the trip. Can you believe that? I was getting paid to take my miracle vacation! How cool was that!

But there was more... he would also cover the flights to fly from where I lived to the East Coast, where the tour left, and fly me back home.

Did I accept? You bet I did. And I had a wonderful time. And then things in my life began to change. I began to make more money, moved out of my tiny apartment and bought a new home, expanded my business and had more than enough money to pay my bills.

Does this story sound too good to be true? It isn’t and these kinds of miracles can happen for you.
